The short version
- Use what we make for what it’s for, and don’t try to break it or get into what isn’t yours.
- Free things are free and offered as they are; they can change or stop.
- Our art, characters and code stay ours unless we’ve agreed otherwise with you.
Using the site
You’re welcome to browse. Please don’t try to get past access codes, overload or attack the site, or copy material from it in bulk. How we handle information is set out in our privacy notice.
Client deliveries (/pals/)
Work made for a client is delivered in a private folder behind an access code. The code is for that client and the people they choose to share it with. What the client may do with the work is whatever we agreed with them; where nothing more specific was agreed, it’s for their own channel and streams.
Free Nonna Pals (/free/)
- The free overlay is for your own Twitch channel. Sign up with an email address you can receive and a channel you run.
- It’s provided free and as it is. We may change it, limit it or stop offering it, and we’ll tell signed-up users by email before switching it off.
- We may switch off an overlay that’s being misused, for example on a channel that isn’t yours or to get around limits.
- You can delete your signup at any time from any of our emails, which switches your overlay off.
- Twitch’s own terms apply to your channel and chat.
Our social accounts (PostizHiNF)
PostizHiNF is our own publishing tool. We use it to schedule and publish our own videos to our own accounts (for example TikTok, YouTube and Instagram) and to read how those videos perform. It’s not open to the public: nobody else can sign in to it or connect an account. Each platform’s own terms apply to anything posted there, including TikTok’s Terms of Service.
Our work and other people’s names
The Hell Is Not Full name, trident, characters, artwork and code belong to Hell Is Not Full, unless we’ve agreed something different with you in writing. Games and brands we talk about or partner with, such as Loftia, belong to their owners.
No guarantees
We work hard to make things that work, but everything here is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the site or anything on it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn’t let us limit.
Changes
If these terms change, the date below changes too. For anything you’ve signed up for, we’ll email you about changes that affect you.
